easy to prepare snacks. Our room layout was very comfortable, but the dining options at breakfast could use some improvement. The staff were very friendly and made our stay pleasant.

I enjoyed my one-night stay in a King Studio with a sofa bed, but the smoke odor from outside was a bit overwhelming. The location is fantastic, with great shopping and dining options nearby. I recommend requesting a room away from the outdoor smoking area for a more pleasant experience.

i really enjoyed the beautiful pond view from my spacious room and loved how easy it was to stroll over to jordan creek town center for shopping and dining.

We had an awesome time in our King Studio with Sofa Bed, enjoying the evening pizza buffet and using the well-equipped kitchen to whip up a family meal. The kids loved the indoor pool and outdoor fire pit, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day. One tiny downside was the lack of daily cleaning, but we didn't let that spoil our fun! 😊

It was just a fitting option for a short layover in West Des Moines with very good value for money. The staff really stood out. one lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and always made sure everything was stocked. Bring your own towels if you plan to hit the pool, as they're quite small.

Had a nice 4-night stay in a King Studio with Sofa Bed. The location was awesome, and the staff were super helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was a huge plus. Just wish the room felt a bit fresher and less worn out.

The room had a kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge, perfect for quick meals. It also featured a desk and a cozy seating area. The hotel has a fitness center, hot tub, and an indoor pool. Breakfast offered make-your-own waffles and oatmeal but was a bit lacking toward the end in some options.

The staff was friendly and responded quickly to our requests. However, there were significant issues. Our room wasn't cleaned once during our three-night stay, and we had to ask for towels and trash bags. The mattress felt like concrete, making it hard to sleep. The pool area was not well maintained, very dirty, and not inviting at all. There was also a strong odor in the hallways, which made the stay less pleasant. Overall, it felt like the hotel was understaffed and not well-kept.

I stayed here and appreciated the easy access to dining and shopping. It made my experience better and showed true kindness.
